What to Expect

Appointments are available via telehealth, so you can attend from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Phone appointments are also available where appropriate.
You don’t need to download anything in advance if you already use Zoom. A secure link will be provided before your appointment.
If you are eligible for Medicare rebates, you may be referred by your GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan. Private appointments are also available without a referral.
Before your first session, you’ll receive the information you need about your appointment and what to expect. Sessions are relaxed and collaborative, with time to talk through what has brought you to counselling and what you would like help with.
If you have questions before booking, you’re welcome to make an enquiry through the Contact page.
